بررسی مقایسهای تجویز سرم هماکسل با سرم رینگر بر تغییرات الکتات خون در عمل جراحی آپاندکتومی
بـا توجـه بـه اهمیـت هیپرالکتاتمی پـس از جراحـی، تاثیـر مایع درمانـی در میـزان آن و چالشهـای متفـاوت در مـورد محلولهای کریسـتالوئیدی و کلوئیـدی در مایـع درمانـی، در ایـن مطالعـه بـر آن شـدیم تـا با مقایسـه تغییرات سـطح الکتات سـرمی بیمـاران تحـت آپاندکتومی، اثربخشـی سـرمهای هماکسـل و رینگـر را بـر سـطح الكتات خـون را بررسـی نمائیم.
